I’d love to tell you a little about myself. My husband and I first met during our college years at FSU, and we’ve been together for 42 amazing years—37 years married and 5 years dating. We both studied Business and had the chance to serve as Student Senators, representing opposite sides. Today, we’re proud parents of three adult children, each building their own future. Our “house divided” family includes a proud UF Gator, an FSU Seminole, and a neutral Boston College graduate. While our two daughters have both made their lives in the Northeast—one working in Law and the other in finance—our son, Michael, stayed in South Florida. He’s grown his own successful State Farm Agency in Cooper City, Florida.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been honored to work as a State Farm agent, helping individuals and families manage risk and protect what matters most. My career has been shaped by real-life experiences, including surviving a plane crash and recovering from a serious car accident. Those moments have strengthened my appreciation for every day—and fueled my drive to keep helping others.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is supporting and developing team members and interns. Over the years, I’ve trained and mentored more than 50 interns, and it’s been incredibly gratifying to watch them thrive. Some have chosen to continue in insurance and financial services, while others have pursued different paths. I’m especially proud that three of my former interns have gone on to become local State Farm agents themselves.

Throughout my journey, I’ve received State Farm awards including Crystal Honor Agent, SVP Agent, Chairman Circle Agent, and Ambassador for Life. But to me, service goes beyond recognition. I’m involved in the community through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Broward County School Business Partner Program, and the High School Mentor Program. I also enjoy speaking with local students about the importance of car insurance.
